Product Introduction

General

Used for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines, as AC 50-60Hz, rated working current up to 3150A in the power distribution system, as the power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.
The product has the characteristics of good dynamic and thermal stability, novel and reasonable structure, practical electrical scheme, strong serial usability, and high protection level. It can be used as an updated product.
The selection of electrical components
A. The GGD cabinet mainly adopts the more advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced in China, such as DW45, MCCB, DZ20, DW15, etc. At the same time, it also retains some of the usable components based on economic and reasonable principles and under the premise of full consideration of feasibility. Old products such as DZ10, etc., do not use obsolete electrical components.
B. HD13BX and HS13BX rotary-operated knife switches are special components designed by NLS to meet the needs of the unique structure of the GGD cabinet. It changes the operation mode of the mechanism and retains the advantages of the old products. It is a practical new type of electrical component. .
C. If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, because GGD has good installation flexibility, it will generally not cause manufacturing and installation difficulties due to the update of electrical components.
D. In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, NLS designed a ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulating support for the GGD cabinet. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high flame-retardant PPO alloy material, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block. The insulating support is a sleeve-type molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.
Features
1. According to the purpose, it is divided into: power receiving cabinet, busbar connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting power distribution cabinet.
2. Cabinet structure:
(1) The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame has mounting holes arranged according to the modules of E=20mm and E=100mm to improve the versatility of product assembly.
(2) The ZMJ type busbar clamp, which is thermoformed with high flame-retardant PPO material, has a modular structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) The 1000mm and 1200mm wide cabinets adopt a symmetrical double-door structure on the front, and the 600mm and 800mm wide cabinets adopt a whole door structure. The back of the cabinet adopts a symmetrical double-door structure. The cabinet structure is not installed against the wall.
(4) The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a galvanized shaft hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. There are rubber inserts at the folding edge of the door.
(5) The grounding knurled screw structure is used between the installation parts in the cabinet and the frame to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus.
